ILLEGAL DUMPING WILL BE PROSECUTED. Call 911 as soon as you see any violators. This will save the Association thousands of dollars yearly on bulk item removal cost.

Woodland Lake Maintenance Corporation has contracted a vendor to clean the trash corrals 3x per week (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) after trash pick up including patrolling the Community for any loose trash once per week.

Fast Lane Towing is currently monitoring and enforcing the rules and regulation of the Association for any vehicle that are in violation.

Woodland Lake Maintenance Corporation-Board Of Directors has adopted a new parking rules & regulations effective August 1, 2026
We are pleased to inform you that City of Bowie has agreed to pick up the bulk trash items every Tuesday of the week in the Woodland Lake Community located on Everglade Lane at no additional cost to the residents.
Residents are reminded to place approved bulk trash items neatly in the designated collection areas (on the side of the trash corral and not inside) prior to the scheduled pickup day. Please do not block sidewalks, parking spaces, or dumpster access areas.
Acceptable bulk trash items include:
• Mattresses completely covered in plastic protective covering
• Wooden furniture (dressers, bookshelves, bedroom sets, etc.)
• Upholstered furniture (couches, chairs, sectionals, etc.)
• Large plastic toys
• Glass storm doors and mirrors
• Items that are primarily metal (appliances, file cabinets, workout equipment, etc.)
The following items are NOT accepted:
• Paint cans
• Car batteries
• Fluorescent light bulbs
• Automotive fluids and fuels
• Gas propane tanks
• Helium balloon tanks
• Fire extinguishers
• Poisons, insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers
• Cooking oil
• Miscellaneous hazardous materials
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the community clean and safe. Violators and trespassers will be prosecuted if not accepted items are left in the trash corrals area.
